Yesterday he grabbed his remote and was dialing a familiar phone number, and Angela asked him who he was calling. He thought and thought, but couldn't quite remember who's number it was. It was VERY close to Dale's number. Without any prompting, he tries to dial the phone a lot. Because of his job in sales, he was on the phone during the day. Hopefully, he's putting it all together.
Rick is ready to get on with the next phase of his treatment. He was really restless yesterday. The staff said that is was common for the patient to become like that when they are ready to be discharged for rehab. He been allowed to wear some of own clothing and was frantically looking for his camo shirt.
He was telling Mary to "hurry up, we gotta go."
Where are we going Rick?
"Home"
"I'm always waiting for you." :)
